Today is the day…

I’m excited!  Today, my wife comes back from Dallas.

I was speaking with her on the phone last night, and she was telling me how she and several others that went to the seminar got to tour the downtown historic area that was part of the taking of the life of President Kennedy.  I’m glad she got to experience a little bit of our historical past while there.

I’ll be picking up those flowers like I spoke about in my previous posting this week!  I also got the banner ready!

It’s amazing how sometimes you take life for granted, and don’t think about someone as strongly until they are not there.  Don’t get me wrong.  I love my wife, dearly!  It’s just that sometimes we go on with our daily lives and don’t know or express how much love we have for each other.

One thing I am looking forward to is the upcoming several weeks in our Church services.  It’s based on Marriage!  God knows I need a wake up call, in that area!

Pray for me.  Pray for my wife.  Pray for my Church family.  Pray that the pastors will know exactly what to say to make Marriages stronger, so that people don’t walk around in their marriage and take life for granted.

One day you may not have the certain someone in your life due to a Death or Divorce, and then it’s too late to show the love that God intended for all of us!  It’s right there in the bible.  Maybe get yours out and read about it today!
